What is your return policy?
We understand project delays can get in the way. That's why we have a 365-day return policy for unused hardware. Returns are free to send back.
Can I test the hardware first to make sure it works?
Yes, we are very flexible with orders and testing the product. You have free shipping to you, and free returns back. Feel free to test the hardware upon arrival, and make sure it works on your doors.
How quickly would I get my order?
Most orders ship from South Dakota in about 2 days after an order is placed. Arrival times would be 3-5 days.
Will these fit my garage doors?
Our products are manufactured specifically to fit most standard garage doors, and fit under the weather strip/trim. You can use magnets or screws to install (both included).
How much does shipping cost?
It's free.
Can I replace existing hardware?
Most existing hardware will have 8 inch screw hole spacing. Our hardware is designed with back plates to easily cover old holes. You can simply re-install our hardware over the existing hardware location. Detailed instructions are included with each package.
What type of product guarantee do you have?
We've intentionally built our hardware from more durable (zinc alloy) metal material, powder coated, with all stainless components. That means we stand behind our products 100%. If anything happens within 1 year, we will replace it or work with you to make it right.
Can I go back outside now and enjoy my day?
